Cambered Bar Bench Press
The neutral grip cambered bench bar from Elite FTS is a fantastic piece of equipment for people dealing with certain shoulder, elbow, or wrist injuries who still want to do pressing movements without pain, or for people who are looking to improve their press capacity but need some variation.
