Our Programming

When it comes to programming we use a science backed approach to ensuring you’re training as hard as you need to when it makes sense to do so. Starting with your goals and a few important stats about you we look closely at how much you should be training, how often you expect to work out, and build a program around both your goals and life to create a program that is both effective and that your schedule allows you to stick to.


Our Gym Philosophy

At Lyceum we try to take a laid back approach to your fitness, in the sense that we give you the autonomy to do what is right for your body as you’ve come to know it. When you have questions, need help, or are curious about something involving training, nutrition, or recovery we are there to help.
